What if my pro needs more time to finish the job?

Is your pro still hard at work? Have they mentioned needing added time? If so, go ahead and approve added time either through in-app chat or text — at no additional cost.

We always want to ensure your service is completed, so we'll make sure your pro is compensated accordingly on our end. Just let them know it's okay to stay!
