What if my pro is late?

We’re sorry for any inconvenience. Please note that the arrival window is 3 hours for service company pros. But you should feel free to contact your service company directly using the contact info provided in your confirmation email to confirm they are on their way. 

If the 3-hour window has passed and you are unable to get in contact with them, please reach out to us using the chat icon on the bottom right to schedule a redo booking.

If your booking is with an individual pro instead of a service company, you can contact them through the Angi app to confirm they’re on their way.

If your pro does arrive late, you can report it by going to the Projects section of your app and selecting My Pro Hasn’t Arrived Yet.
