We're sorry to hear that you're canceling! But it’s easy to reschedule or cancel your booking through the Angi app or on Angi.com.
On the Angi app:
- Go to your Projects tab
- Select the project you’d like to change
- Tap Reschedule or Cancel
- The app will walk you through the final steps to confirm your cancelation
On the web:
- Login to your account and go to your My Projects page.
- Select the project you’d like to change
- Click the "Reschedule or Cancel" link
- The site will walk you through the final steps to confirm your cancelation
If this will be your first time logging into your Angi account, you’ll want to follow this link to create a password first. Just use the email address from your order with Lowe’s. Then come back and follow the steps above.
You'll receive a confirmation email confirming that your Angi service has been canceled, plus details regarding any applicable refund. If you need to return your items, please contact Lowe’s for return information.
