Who is my pro?

Angi maintains a vast network of top-rated service professionals. All the pros working with us are independent service providers that have been vetted for quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

We'll let you know who your pro is as soon as we've made a match. This could happen anywhere from a few days beforehand, to just a few hours, depending on your city.

If a service company pro is assigned to your booking, they should have reached out directly to schedule your booking within 48 hours of your Lowe's purchase. You can find their contact details in your confirmation email.

To see the pro on your upcoming booking, visit the My Projects page of your Angi account and select the booking in question. 

Note: Sometimes a pro might have a conflict and need to remove themselves from your booking. If this happens, we’ll help connect you with another local pro to ensure your booking is completed.
